Recipe
Peel the bananas and slice them diagonally.
Mix the banana with the brown sugar, the clarified butter and the lemon juice.
Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Pour out into a pan with a perforated lid and cook at 200°C (390°F) for approx. 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
Store in the refrigerator and mix using an immersion blender.
